Privacy Policy

Calculation data: Nothing. Every calculation you perform runs entirely in your browser. The numbers you enter are never sent to our servers. We have no record of what you calculated, when you calculated it, or what the result was.

Account data: Nothing. There are no accounts on Calculators Cloud. You do not create a profile, enter an email address, or log in for any reason.

Personal data: Nothing that identifies you. We do not collect names, email addresses, phone numbers, locations, or any other personally identifiable information unless you voluntarily submit a contact form.

Contact form data: If you use the contact form, we receive your message and the email address you provide. We use it only to respond to your message. We do not add you to any mailing list. We do not share it with third parties.

Calculators Cloud uses browser local storage for two purposes only:

Recent calculations:The “Recent Calculations” panel stores a list of your last five calculator visits in your browser's local storage. This data never leaves your device. You can clear it at any time using the “Clear all” link in the panel, or by clearing your browser's local storage.

Theme and preferences: If you have set a display preference (such as a preferred unit system), that preference is stored locally in your browser. Again, this never leaves your device.

We do not use third-party tracking cookies.

We use privacy-focused analytics to understand aggregate usage patterns, specifically which calculators are used most often and which pages load slowly. This data is anonymous and aggregated. It contains no personally identifiable information. It cannot be used to identify you individually.

Calculators Cloud does not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties for advertising or marketing purposes.

The site uses our hosting provider to deliver the site files. Hosting providers have access to standard server logs (IP addresses, request timestamps, page paths) as part of normal infrastructure operation. This is governed by our hosting provider's own privacy policy.

For the few calculators that use live external data (currency exchange rates, stock prices), those requests are routed through a proxy that does not include any user-identifiable information in the request.

Calculators Cloud is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect any data from children. If you believe a child has submitted personal information through our contact form, contact us and we will delete it promptly.

Because we collect almost no personal data, most data rights requests have a simple answer: we do not have data about you to access, correct, or delete.

If you submitted a contact form and want us to delete that message and your email address, contact us and we will do so within 7 days.

If you are in the European Economic Area, you have rights under GDPR. Because we collect no personal data in the course of normal site use, most GDPR provisions are satisfied by the fact of non-collection. For contact form data, we are the data controller and you may request deletion at any time.

If we make material changes to this policy, we will update the “Last updated” date at the top of the page. We will not notify you by email because we do not have your email address.
