Calculators Cloud provides free, browser-based calculators for informational and educational purposes. The tools cover business calculations, personal finance, health metrics, unit conversions, and related topics.

Access to the site is free. No account is required. No subscription is sold. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any calculator or the site as a whole at any time, without notice.

Every result produced by a Calculators Cloud calculator is an estimate.

The math is correct for the inputs you provide. But the inputs you provide are simplifications of real-world situations. A mortgage calculator does not know your lender's exact fee structure. A payroll calculator does not know your state's exact withholding rules. A BMI calculator does not know your body composition.

Use these tools to inform your thinking, prepare for conversations with professionals, and get a starting number. Then verify with a qualified accountant, financial advisor, doctor, lawyer, or other appropriate professional.

Calculators Cloud is not liable for decisions made based on calculator outputs. See the Limitation of Liability section below.

We source formulas from established financial, scientific, and medical references. We update them when standards change. We document the source on each calculator page.

Despite our best efforts, formulas can contain errors. Tax rates change. Medical guidelines are revised. If you find an error, report it through the contact form. We take accuracy seriously and fix errors promptly.

Using a result you know to be incorrect is your responsibility, not ours.

You may use Calculators Cloud for any lawful personal, educational, or commercial purpose.

You may not:

• Scrape, crawl, or extract data from the site in bulk without written permission
• Use the site to build a competing service that reproduces our calculator logic or content without original development
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the source code of our calculator implementations
• Use automated tools to submit requests at a rate that degrades service for other users
• Reproduce substantial portions of our written content (calculator descriptions, FAQs, explanations) without attribution and a link back to the original page

The calculators themselves use standard mathematical formulas that are not proprietary. The implementations, descriptions, worked examples, and editorial content are original work and are protected by copyright.

The Calculators Cloud name, logo, design system, and all original written content on this site are owned by Calculators Cloud and protected by copyright.

Mathematical formulas are not copyrightable. If you want to build a calculator that applies the same formula, build it. If you want to copy our description of how the formula works, our worked examples, or our FAQ answers, that is copyright infringement.

Some calculators on this site reference live data from third-party sources (exchange rates, stock prices). We are not responsible for the accuracy, availability, or timeliness of that data. Those calculators display a note indicating when data was last updated.

Links to external sites are provided for reference. We do not endorse, control, or take responsibility for the content of any external site.

Calculators Cloudis provided “as is” and “as available” without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that:

• The site will be available at all times or without interruption
• The calculators will be error-free
• Any result will be suitable for your specific situation
• The site is free from viruses or other harmful components

Use the site at your own risk.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Calculators Cloud and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the site or reliance on any calculator result. This includes financial losses, health outcomes, legal consequences, or any other damage.

Our total liability for any claim related to the site is limited to zero, reflecting the fact that the service is provided free of charge.
